Privacy

This site sets no cookies and there is no tracking pixel on it. Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page you opened, the site you came from, your country, and your browser and device type. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you.

When you request rows, the form sends the company, name and email address you type, the ZIP codes you picked and anything you write in the note. Those are stored in this site's database and emailed to ravid@servicermap.com so that you can get a reply. The stored record also keeps the IP address and browser string the request came from, to catch abuse.

If you email ravid@servicermap.com, your message and your email address are kept in that mailbox so that you can get a reply. Nothing here is shared or sold.

The files Servicer Map sells are built from public records published by county and city governments. They name businesses and the firms on public filings, as those records do. They can contain errors; the source row id on every row lets you check any one against the record.

To ask what is held about you, or to have your details deleted from the mailbox and the database, write to the same address.
