Read the first row: the boiler at 444 15 Street, building 3026695, was last filed by Smart Plbg & Htg Corp, a licensed plumber (P 1250), on November 6, 2023, 1059 days before the pull date; the city requires a filing every year, and this device has 6 on record. Every row in the sample reads the same way; the file adds the device id, the owner name from the last filing, the pressure type and the filing status.

Addresses and firm names are as the city records them. Servicer Map is not affiliated with the City of New York.

How "overdue" is computed

New York City requires an annual inspection filing for each boiler. A device is overdue when more than 365 days have passed between its most recent filing and September 30, 2026. A device with a filing in 2026 is not overdue and is not in the file. The most recent filing per device is kept, and the filer's license number is joined to the city's license register to name the firm behind it. Firms are joined on license number, not on name; the same firm can hold several license numbers, and the file keeps each one. Every row carries the building id, the device id and the license number, so any one of them can be checked; the free sample shows how.
