Count: past the interval on its own permit, matched by name. Small print: of how many pumped in the last 365 days, and how many haulers hold them. Tap the ZIPs you cover, then Request.

1,132 of the 1,369 carry a ZIP on the county record; the other 237 are in the file without one.

How the 1,369 is counted

  1. 1,369 of 1,945past their interval and matched to their permit by the establishment's name. This is the count the file sells. A permit matched on the address alone can belong to the neighboring tenant, so those are left out.
  2. 1,945 of 3,070past the pump-out interval stated on their permit, counted to September 30, 2026.
  3. 3,070 of 3,628had the interval read from their own county operating permit on September 30, 2026. The other 558 are not counted.
  4. 3,628 of 8,811establishments in the county permit registry were pumped at least once in the last 365 days.

Nothing is estimated. Median days since last pump-out across the 3,628: 86; 90th percentile 261. The county's records ran 1 days behind the pull date.

What a row carries

To work the account

  • Establishment name, street address, city, ZIP
  • The hauler on the last county record, and the date
  • Days since that pump-out
  • The interval its county permit requires, in days
  • Property owner and mailing address from the county property roll, present on 1,006 of the 1,369

To check it against the county

  • Grease discharge operating permit number
  • Device type and capacity in gallons
  • The site's own median interval between pump-outs on record
  • The county record id

Read the first row: Whitelaw Hotel, 808 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, was last pumped by E.R. Pumping Service Corp. on January 1, 2026, 272 days before the pull date, and its county permit says every 30 days. Every row in the sample reads the same way; the file adds the permit number, the device and its capacity, the property owner and mailing address, and the county record id.

Names and addresses are as the county records them. Servicer Map is not affiliated with Miami-Dade County.

How "overdue" is computed

Each establishment in the county registry holds a grease discharge operating permit, and that permit states how often its grease trap must be pumped. That number was read from each establishment's own permit on September 30, 2026, for 3,070 of the 3,628 establishments pumped in the last 365 days. An establishment is overdue when the days since its last reported pump-out exceed the interval on its permit. Of the 3,070 intervals read, 1,796 are 90 days, 827 are 30 days, 446 are 60 days and 1 is 14 days.

The county's pump-out records also carry free-text establishment names typed per pump-out. Only rows that resolve to an establishment in the permit registry are kept, so one restaurant is one row, not one row per spelling. Every row in the file carries the county's own permit number and record id, so any one of them can be checked; the free sample shows how.
